Duties and Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for configuration, installation and maintenance of PCs. Duties will concentrate on 2nd level help desk support, network printing and providing support for laptops and industry specific support. Responsibilities include: • Installation of new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventive measures on existing equipment. • Insuring anti-virus software is installed, properly configured, regularly updated and working properly on PC and server stations. • Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly. • Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems.
