This is a first shift opening* and a highly desirable position! RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (But are not limited to): • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems in the plant and office • Perform final assembly (piping and wiring) of systems on outgoing equipment as needed • Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings • Installation and/or relocation and modification of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE (But are not limited to): • Ability to read and translate technical manuals • Ability to work independenly • Strong sense of urgency REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (But are not limited to): • Minimum of a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting in pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, motors, and industrial wiring. Experience with combustion air piping a plus. • Strong industrial electrical experience required • Good practical sense working with and troubleshooting equipment problems.
