By DAVE FIDLIN Special to The Post MILWAUKEE — With the long- term viability of the Milwaukee Bucks and other entertainment destinations in question, organiz- ers throughout the region are drawing on expertise from lead- ers elsewhere in the country. Members of the Cultural and Entertainment Capital Needs Task Force gathered last week at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts to glean insight from civic leaders in three cities — Cleveland, Denver and Oklahoma City — that have faced situations similar to the Milwaukee metropolitan region. The 48-member task force, an offshoot of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, was assembled in November to address issues sur- rounding the Bucks' home, the BMO Harris Bradley Center, which the National Basketball Association has stated no longer meets its standards.
