He aims to give school teachers "freedom and flexibility." · Making Higher Education Affordable a) He hopes to make higher education more accessible to all through the implementation of modern technologies. · Creating Jobs a) By taking advantage of California's natural resources in an environmentally friendly mannerism, Kashkari hopes to address the 18% unemployment and part-time employment rate in the state. Experience: Businessman Tim Donnelly Party: Republican Political goals: · Responsibility a) Donnelly hopes to address California's government waste by eliminating unnecessary state agencies, reducing employee compensation, etc. He hopes to limit state spending to "combined rates of inflation and population growth."
