By Kirsten Klahn Special to The Freeman BROOKFIELD – Beauty experts are predicting fresh faces, long bobs and coral nail colors will heat up this spring and summer. Makeup will mix pastels and vivid brights, said Julie Janes, an aes- thetician at Amazing Grace Spa, 3305 N. 124th St., Brookfield. Glo is a great makeup line for those hoping to incorporate pastels and brights into summer looks, she said. "They have really beautiful pastels mixed with metallics and cobalt," Janes said. Nude lips and a fresh face are also key for the warmer months, she said. It's effortless and flawless, and a tinted moisturizer adds a touch of color. The tinted moisturizer should include sun protection, which Janes said is also a great way to get teenage girls to wear sunscreen. "I always suggest that to moms with their teens," she said. "They want to wear makeup, so get them a tinted moisturizer that will also pro- tect their skin." Nail polish in peach shades and coral tones are among the most pop- ular colors for the warmer months. Holly Bilicki, owner of the Colour Tube at 13860 W. Greenfield Ave., Brookfield, said she's seeing a lot of women request peach, corals and pinks. Red is a color that never goes out of style, she said. Polished, A Nail Boutique is antic- ipating popular colors to include "Kiss Me I'm Brazilian" and "Red Hot Rio," said Alexandria Volk, owner of the nail salon at 12898 W. Bluemound Road, Elm Grove. "Blue hues were a popular trend last year, so we anticipate seeing some of that continuing this year," Volk said. Summer colors are even spicing up neutral shades. Volk said she rec- ommends a lavender-grey polish, such as OPI's "Sao Paulo Over There."
