Rita Sims- About a year ago I decided to try the Lyric. It is so convenient, I never have to change batteries & I can shower and swim. I'll never change back to a regular hearing aid. Thank you Stacy. Harvey Clark- I am very pleased with my hearing aids and the service Stacy gives me. She can fix any problems. All the rest of the crew are loving, caring professionals, always ready to help. Joel Vengley- Never have I experienced such a caring, patient and professional environment. The staff at UpState Hearing is unmatched by any business that I have ever encountered. As a father and health care professional, my hearing loss cost me to lose precious moments with my family and increased frustration at work. After meeting with the staff at UpState my hearing loss has been recovered. UpState improved my quality of life with my family and at work. A great big thank you to everyone at UpState. Jim Holtdorf- I wouldn't be without my hearing aids. There is a big difference "with or without". The people at UpState Hearing are professional in every way. They care about their business and they care about you. 32 Tehama - the Magazine, October, 2013 Bonnie O'Bryan- The girls are always there and ready to send supplies if we need batteries, etc. It is great to have Stacy in Red Bluff on Wednesdays if we need adjustments. Mike McMahon- I have been with UpState Hearing for 8 years. I have worn hearing aids for over 20 years. I have found UpState's complete staff to be at the very top of the customer service list - from the time they answer the phone, to solving your problems, to providing batteries, or scheduling appointments. They seem to be able to always fit you in. I have, and will continue to, recommend UpState Hearing and Stacy to my friends and to anyone who feels they are having a hearing problem. You won't be disappointed!
