Attending were: Sandy McBeth (left) and Jennifer Uppencamp. 'Press-Dispatch' first 2019 Trick-or-Treater The "Press-Dispatch" had their first trick-or-treater for 2019 Halloween on Thursday, Oct. 31. Ryder Thomas Smith was dressed as a little pirate. He was brought to trick-or-treat by his parents, Kyle and Kimberly Smith, of Pe- tersburg. Winslow Masonic Lodge treats Isaiah Roach picks out a piece of candy from a basket of treats at the Win- slow Masonic Lodge on Halloween night. Joe Bajzath was there handing out treats on behalf of the Masons.
