Lake Shore Drive, Mequon The works of 13 ceramic artists are featured in a nine-week show. Additionally, illustrations by Peggy McDowell will be shown in Concordia's 14 Frames Gallery in a show, titled "Half Glue Gun Will Travel: Domestic Divas." A collaborative exhibition of works by Concordia University Wisconsin and Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design Interior Architecture and Design majors will take center stage in the Student Gallery. March 19 through April 30 Mequon-Thiensville Senior Art League exhibit Where: Frank L. Weyenberg Library, 11345 N. Cedarburg Road, Mequon Work by members of the Mequon-Thiensville Senior Art League is on display during regular library hours. Meet the contributing artists at the opening reception. In addition, artists interested in joining the group can come to the monthly meeting to find out about the organization. The club meets the third Monday of each month at 9 a.m. at the library. Tuesday, March 19, Thursdays, March 21 and March 28 CCC artist-in-residence Kathleen Donovan Flaherty The Cedarburg Cultural Center welcomes plein air painter and educator Kathleen Donovan Flaherty as artist-in-residence this month. Join her Saturday, March 30, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in her upcoming workshop, Plein Air Painter 101. This class is designed for entry-level students who yearn to try this style of painting out before deciding on committing to it. The supply list for her class is available on the CCC website.
