The team missed the local competition on November 15 at Cedar Crest Intermediate School due to a snow day, instead they had a mini competition at PES on Friday, November with the entire 4th and 5th grade classes as spectators. Top spell- er was 4th grader Jacob Harker. Jacob answered all words correctly; second place was 4th grader, Karly Gideon, missing only one word. MENU Thursday, November 6: Calzone pizza, garden sal- ad, sweet potato fries, fruit cocktail and fruit. Friday, November 7: Fish nuggets, oven fries, cole slaw and fruit. Monday, November 10 : BBQ rib sandwich, smiley tots, green beans and fruit. Tuesday, November 11: Chicken Tetrazzini, garden salad, bread stick, fresh broccoli and fruit.
