You can designate the county or counties where permits are sought that you'd like to receive. To be added to the list contact Joanne Smiddie-Brush at either jbrush@idem.in.gov or (317) 233-0185. Zeller, 56, began working at the Times Herald in 2015. Deeply passionate about his clients, Zeller worked with both print and digital clients for the Times Herald and its magazines, Boomer and Heartland. Before coming to the Times Herald, Zeller had previously worked at the Vincennes Sun- Commercial and held other sales positions around the area. His ties to southern Indiana and Illinois were long-standing. Always competitive, Zeller enjoyed ribbing his coworkers by jokingly telling them, "There can't be two number 1's. That would be 11," but he also encouraged them and helped others be successful. He was always there for anyone who needed him. Zeller never met a stranger, a characteris- tic that helped him develop relationships with his clients. Those who knew him felt they also knew his wife, Jeanette, and two children, Jordan and Jasmine, who he frequently talked about and loved spending time with. Zeller also loved the new family dog, Jayce. "We are deeply saddened by Rick's passing," said Washing- ton Times Herald Publisher Melody Brunson. "He was passionate about his print and digital clients at the Times Herald and Heartland magazine, and he especially enjoyed selling to his Boomer magazine clients in Knox County. He cared a great deal about helping all his customers grow their businesses. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family. He will be missed by all who knew him."
