It is so hard to believe we are on the verge of fall, after a great summer! I for one certainly hate to see the sum- mer fleet by so quickly. But alas, time marches on and it waits for no one. So we must seize the mo- ment! Speaking of seizing the moment, this month's guest feature has done just that. Diversity Rules welcomes Jack Tracy as its September feature interview. At 35 years old, Jack Tracy may be late to the superstar pop game, but in his new album, appropriately ti- tled "Older," he proves he can keep step with the young'uns. He at one time was a corporate lawyer in New York, working 80- hour weeks, making lots of money, living in a swank upper west side apartment with his partner, and for all intents and purposes, appear- ing to live the NYC dream. But at 31, he realized he was not ful- filled and that he couldn't live the rest of his life that way. So he took everything he learned — business acumen, creative writing, ingenu- ity — and threw them all into his passion for film and music. I hope you like Jack's interview. If you are so compelled, you should drop him a note saying you saw him in Diversity Rules Magazine. As usual, there are other great fea- tures and articles in this month's issue, along with our regular col- umnists who you all have come to enjoy! I hope your fall is a good one. ere are some changes coming soon to Diversity Rules, too. A possible name change, format change, and a general upgrade are all in the works. Stay tuned...
